Terms of Service

These terms govern enzocelebration.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use it. Effective 17 October 2026. Contact: support@enzocelebration.com.

1. What this is

Enzo Celebration AI (enzocelebration.com) is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Enzo Fernández, the Argentine Football Association (AFA), Chelsea FC, FIFA, TikTok, or any football club, broadcaster or sponsor. Names belong to their owners.

2. The service

You upload one photo, choose 9:16 or 16:9, and if you spend credits we render an 8-second video at 720p of our fixed celebration template, with the person in your photo replacing the player: face, hair, body and the clothes in your photo. The length, resolution and scene are not chosen by you. The template is our own work, with a fictional player in a fictional stadium. The result is AI-generated and results vary — fast motion, hands near the face and side-on photos can show visible differences.

3. Packs and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases: Single Video Pass (100 credits, $9.90), Creator 5-Video Pack (500 credits, $29.90), Viral Studio 12-Pack (1,200 credits, $59.99), in US dollars — or the same amounts in euros (€9.90, €29.90, €59.99) for customers in the euro area — paid through Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits do not expire. One video uses 100 credits. The packs are on the pricing page.

4. Failed renders, re-rolls and refunds

If a render fails, or is stopped by safety moderation, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If a finished video has distorted hands, a drifting face or another fault, you can send a re-roll request from My Videos within 7 days; we review it and return the credits within 24 hours if it is approved. You can also ask for a refund of your first purchase within 7 days if none of its credits have been spent. A pack with any credits already spent on a render is not refundable except where the render was faulty on our side. The full rules are in the refund policy.

5. Your photo and your rights

You confirm that you are 18 or older, that the photo is of you or of an adult who has clearly consented, and that you have the right to upload it. You must not upload photos of minors, of public figures or celebrities, or of anyone without permission, or use the service to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone. We may refuse, remove or block any upload or video and close accounts that break these rules. See Responsible use.

6. Your video

You may use the finished video for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting it to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We claim no ownership of your face or your photos. The stadium audio in the video is licensed or public-domain material that we mix in; nothing in these terms grants you rights in it beyond using the video as delivered. Do not present the video as real footage. When you post AI-generated content, use the platform's AI label.

7. Retention

Photos and videos are deleted 24 hours after upload. Download what you want to keep. See the privacy policy.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise a particular likeness, uninterrupted availability or a specific render time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before it.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Use after a change means you accept it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
