Failed renders refund themselves

If a render fails because of a server error, model timeout or safety stop, its 100 credits return to your balance automatically, so you can make it again for free. No ticket needed.

Hands or face wrong? Request a free re-roll

If a clear photo gives distorted fingers or a drifting face, send a re-roll request from My Videos within 7 days. We review it and return your credit within 24 hours. It is reviewed by a person, not automatic. A first purchase whose credits are all unused can also be refunded within 7 days; see the refund policy.

How does Enzo Celebration AI pricing work? Is it really a one-time purchase?

Yes. You buy a credit pack once: Single pass ($9.90 for 100 credits, one video), 5-Video Pack ($29.90 for 500 credits, five videos) or 12-Video Pack ($59.99 for 1,200 credits, twelve videos). Your card is charged once. There are no recurring fees and no renewals.

Do credits expire?

No. If you buy the 5-Video Pack today and render one video, the other four stay in your account until you use them.

Can I check my photo before paying?

Choosing your photo and the photo check are free and need no card. The check runs in your browser and again on our server and looks for a clear face, one person, no sunglasses and enough sharpness. Passing does not guarantee a good result. There is no free test render: a render costs 100 credits, returned automatically if it fails.

What happens if a render fails?

You never pay for a failed render. If it fails (a server error, a model timeout or a safety stop) the credits go back to your balance automatically and you can retry with the same photo or a different one.

Are the downloaded videos watermark-free? Do they include sound?

Every paid video, on every pack, is a clean 720p MP4 with no watermark and stadium crowd audio already mixed in.

Why is one video 8 seconds and 720p?

That is the length of the celebration template and the one resolution we sell, so there is nothing to choose except 9:16 or 16:9, and the price is always the same: 100 credits per video.

Which pack should I buy?

One video is enough to try it. The 5-Video Pack ($5.98 a video) suits a group chat or a few re-takes. The 12-Video Pack ($5.00 a video) is for meme pages and anyone posting every day.

Can I get a refund?

A first purchase whose credits are all unused can be refunded within 7 days. A video with distorted hands or a drifting face gets a free re-roll after a quick review. Credits spent on a good video are not refundable, and we can't refund taste: AI results vary with the photo. Full rules: refund policy.

Is my payment information safe?

Payments run on Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
