Privacy Policy

This policy covers Enzo Celebration AI (enzocelebration.com). In short: your photo is used to make your video and nothing else, and it is deleted after 24 hours.

What we collect

• Your photo. The one you upload. It is checked in your browser first; what leaves your device is a resized, cropped JPEG.
• Your result. The finished video, if you buy.
• Account details. Your email and name from sign-in, so a purchase and its videos are attached to someone.
• Re-roll requests. If you ask for a free re-roll, the reason you pick, any note you write and the video it concerns.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep the order, amount and status.
• Usage data. Standard page-view and funnel analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), and a first-party cookie that remembers the browser for rate limits. Network addresses are stored only as a salted hash.

What we do with a photo

We send your photo to a video model provider (Replicate) to render your video, and we store it in our own bucket so the render can be resumed and so you can find your video later. Each photo is scanned by an automated safety check before it is stored, and a vision model checks that it shows one clear face.

We do not train any model on your photos, build a facial-recognition profile, sell or share photos, or use them for anything except your render.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and finished videos are permanently deleted 24 hours after upload. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@enzocelebration.com.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who else sees your data

• Stripe — payments.
• Replicate — runs the video model on the photo you submit.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage and delivery.
• Zhipu AI — checks that an uploaded photo shows one clear face.
• Google and Microsoft — analytics and sign-in.

We do not sell personal data.

Photos of other people

If a photo shows someone other than you, you must have their permission before you upload it. They can ask us to delete it by writing to the address above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to stop processing it. Email support@enzocelebration.com. We reply within 30 days.

Children

The site is for adults. Do not upload a photo of anyone under 18. If we learn that we have one, we delete it.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we say so on the pricing page.
