What to include

• A render problem or a refund: the email on your account and, if you have it, the date of the render. A failed render is refunded to your balance automatically, so you only need to write if something looks wrong afterwards.
• Distorted hands or a drifting face: use Request Free Re-Roll on the video in My Videos rather than writing to us. We review it and return your credit within 24 hours.
• A takedown or "that's my face" request: a link to the video or its file name, and how you are connected to it. We act on these first.
• Deleting your photos or videos: say so and give the account email. We delete them and confirm by reply. Everything is also deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Response time

We aim to reply within two working days. Takedown and safety reports are read the same day where we can.
